Joyful security
Let's read:
"Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.’”
Isaiah 41:10 NKJV

Feeling afraid of falling can be good for us. It's not wise to recklessly take risks without considering the consequences. Sometimes, we encounter situations that make us feel like we're about to fall unless we have someone to support us. The Bible offers proof that we have that support system in God. It's comforting to know that we can lean on His right hand.
God's right hand is not just about His ability to keep everything in order but also His power, skill, and experience. In fact, it's written in the Bible that God will "uphold you with My righteous right hand." This hand is used to maintain His holiness and carry out His judgments, but it's also there to hold up His faithful followers. Although we may face danger, we can take joy in the fact that God will keep us safe. When we rely on God, the devil can't knock us down.
Even if we feel weak, God's right hand is mighty. The path ahead may be rough, but we can trust that God is always with us, providing guidance and confirmation. We can be bold and move forward without fear of falling. We should continuously lean on Him, as everything else in this world leans on Him. God will never withdraw His power because His justice is always present. He is faithful to His promises, His Son, and to us. How happy we should be to have such a faithful God!
