Gracious dealings.

As Christians we'renot suppose to be unkind to our employees. We're suppose to share their of Jesus with them. Yes you may be the boss, but Jesus would expect you to be kind with even strangers and foreigners.

“Do not consider it a hardship to set your servant free, because their service to you these six years has been worth twice as much as that of a hired hand. And the Lord your God will bless you in everything you do.”

Put some focus on the last part. I guess you want to be blessed in everything you do? So if you want that you’ll need to follow the recipe. Be kind.
