Broken things are made beautiful again:

Updated: Mar 30, 2021

“I will put My Spirit within you and you will come to life...”

‭‭Ezekiel‬ ‭37:14‬ ‭‬‬

To bring something to life obviously means it was dead before. We were dead by sin and made alive by Christ in His resurrection power and glory.

CPR of your life =

Christ’s

Powerful

Resurrection made us alive.

Ezekiel 37:4 God asks him if it’s possible that these dry bones can come back to life. Ezekiel could only respond and say: “Oh Lord God, You know”.

Fixing our brokenness is something only Jesus can do. For sure He Can and often will use His people to accomplish His will and holy plan, like He used Ezekiel, to speak to the dry bones. Speak to the dry bones in your life today. Speak life in it. God will give your feeling of deadness life again if you allow Him to address the matter.

Speak also to the dry bones in your neighbour's lives.

I don’t know how the dry bones came to be like that in the book of Ezekiel. It may have been a war. May have been a pandemic. May have been genocide. One thing we know for sure is that these individuals didn’t have a proper burial and that says a lot. It may mean that these people were disgraced.

You may feel disgraced by your circumstances today, but Jesus wants to apply CPR to your ‘deadness’ and ‘disgrace’. He wants you to feel His resurrection power once again and become alive through His amazing grace.
