Absolute freedom

To have peace of mind and go to bed in peace.
Read Psalms 8
"I will both lie down in peace, and sleep; For You alone, O Lord, make me dwell in safety." Psalms 4:8 NKJV

A twelve-year-old accidentally killed one of his family’s geese by throwing a stone. Figuring his parents wouldn’t notice one of twenty-four gone, and he buried it. His sister saw his crime and said, “I saw what you did, and if you don’t wash the dishes for me, I’ll tell mom.” The boy did the dishes for days. One day, the boy said, “You do them.” His sister said, “I’ll tell mom.” The boy replied, “I already told her, and she forgave me – I’m free again.” (Unknown Source)
A delay is not a denial. We've been delayed so many times in our lives. It hurts to think about all the time spent in the waiting area of life. We like the place of action, but sometimes we must step back and appreciate the waiting room. We want to be on the field. Not the bench.
We like to be in the thick of things and not feel disconnected.
We need to be actively involved in our own lives. We can't expect a specific outcome if we stay disconnected from life. Please note that staying disconnected creates a problem because sometimes we feel disconnected. That's a basic human reaction to traumatic events and stressful situations. We call it the Fight, Pause of Flight reaction.
The waiting may feel somewhat overdone and overcooked, but it is just right. Never underestimate your ability to survive. We've been created with the inner desire to survive. Even if the world orders of the day shoot emp's and everything goes out and jam, God will not be out and will not abandon His Church.
W.a.i.t. - why am I talking?
President Franklin Roosevelt spoke About the four types of freedoms in 1941 that's - The freedom of speech, the freedom of worship, the freedom from want, and the freedom from fear.
Norman Rockwell painted a 1943 painting -

I'm not talking about waiting but acknowledging our freedom amid the onslaught of the enemy. The enemy is on the loose, and he's going ballistic in his endeavor to destroy what is good and steal people's peace of mind and hope for tomorrow. Who knows what tomorrow brings but God?
Let's be creative in our communities and be people of peace and hope. Be a catalyst and not a fundamentalist.
Be a pacifist in what's evil but an activist in what's good and moral.
Today we see more pacifism in the church about the evil around us. Let's be activists and activate God's Love in our communities.
How do we stimulate the world around us with freedom? Jesus said peace I give you, My peace I give to you. Do you even know the meaning of such a statement? It means the force of all freedom is within us, and we lock her up! We've locked up the true source of freedom and peace. Let's not sit anymore and wait for someone to talk to us and encourage us but let's allow the Holy Spirit to work through us.
1. Freedom amid temptation
In any situation, God's children can experience ultimate peace and calmness. No matter the size of the waves. The higher the waves, the better the ride.
Although we may not be free from the onslaught of temptation, we'll have peace amid the attack. The person finding himself amid a tough time but with peace in his heart and mind will have ease and is a person who stays in control and does not lose control.
Some years back, an older lady testified in a neighboring church about her drive to another part of town. She took the gravel road on the outskirts of town, she said and lost control of the car. All she could do was call out to the Lord. She testified and said oh Lord Jesus take the wheel. And she said the Lord overturned the vehicle three times.
No matter how deep you're in it, leap into His grace. Your fight isn't over yet. As Jentezen Franklin said the other day, another chapter is still to come. That chapter may not be on your time, but it's definitely on God's time. You didn't get to the new chapter on your own time but God's time. Take a deep breath when the devil pulls you under because he can only hold you so long under!! He can't make a dead man die!! You're already dead through sin and made alive through Christ. He won't be able to keep a good man under.
'For a righteous man falls seven times, and rises again, But the wicked stumble in time of calamity. ' Proverbs 24:16
It sounds a little bit unfair why a good man falls seven times. The reason is simple. A wicked person can only fall one time and won't be able to get up again, but a righteous person will always get up after he's been struck down by circumstances.
Rocky Balboa fought for his family, and when he saw his wife, he knew he had to get up again!!
2. Freedom amid depreciation
Sometimes we lose our self-value as a car depreciates; we feel the same. So many scratches and dents. So many issues in the hood. So many issues ⚠️ in the cabin. We isolate ourselves from others, thinking we protect ourselves but weakening ourselves. We're more powerful together. The devil wants to divide us, but God wants to unite us.
Never trust a person who causes division. Division causes a house to fall.
Matthew 12:25: "And Jesus knew their thoughts, and said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and every city or house divided against itself shall not stand."
Division causes us to stop to exist as a unity meaning the body of our Lord Jesus; the church cannot focus without that unity when we do not share the same core values that may put a spanner in the works. A spanner in the works always starts with a spanner in words. It isn't easy to move in the same direction when our core values regarding faith and beliefs Do not align. Moving in different directions causes divisions.
We may have conflicting interests but still operate in humility and peace.
L.I.N.E
Light . Inclusive. Nice. Empowered
If you love your brother, you need to accept them in Love. It would be best if you put their needs in front of yours. (Bible)
When we allow divisions, we depreciate the core values in our lives. Let's live up to the God-given standards and let God draw the line. Although we want to draw the line, let God do it because that would mean you stand behind the One who draws the line.
While Jesus was writing on the ground, Pharisees brought to him a woman who was caught in the act of adultery. They explained the law of Moses, how they were supposed to stone this woman to death, and Jesus drew a line. Well, that's my guess.
He said of you who haven't sinned, come and stand on this side of the line. No one came, and all left.
When people leave, they're not on your side of the line. When they choose their sinful nature, they're not on your side of the line but on theirs.
We should draw more lines in the sand, making it clear that we choose Love above religion. Freedom above fear. And live above death; when they walk away, your value increase.
3. Freedom amid reconciliation
There is absolute freedom amid reconciliation. When we reconcile, we kill the crocodile of fear. The crocodile of fear wants to pull you under to destroy your hopes and dreams. You have to hold on. Keep holding on even when it feels like you're losing it. Don't allow the crocodile to get a hold of you. Reconcile with your weakness.
The story is about a little boy who swam in a huge lake backside their lovely home.
He didn't notice the alligator was on its way to him, but his mom saw him And started to call out to him. She was screaming at the top of her lungs. Johnny come back. Quick Johnny! Come, Johnny. The alligator got a hold of his legs just before climbing out on the Chetty, but his mom got a hold of his arms. She grabbed him and wouldn't let go, and there started a tug-of-war between a mom and a hungry alligator. The alligator wouldn't let go because there was a free meal, but the mom won't let go because here was her son.
After a lot of screaming from Mommy and the boy about the terrible pain he was in, a farmer was passing by and hearing all of this commotion. He immediately drove up to them, took his shotgun, and shot and killed the alligator.
Some weeks after this incident, the local news came to come and see the boy in a live interview and questioned the boy about the ordeal. They asked to see the wounds on his legs, and he said oh, that's nothing. You should see the scars on my arms where mommy held me.
She won't let go.
So God won't let go of you no matter what you face. God had to let go of His precious Son Jesus and He tour down the dividing curtain. Some say that God's face was seen in the temple pushing the curtain, which toured from top to bottom. No matter how deep. No matter how far. No matter what you're in right now, he will never let go of you.
There's an old song that exactly says it also.
Oh no, you never let go…
To love is to obey. You need to have the fruit that fits the plan of Salvation. Because He lives we live. John 14.
"for the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable."
Romans 11:29 NASB1995
The most beautiful thing that can ever happen with a person is reconciliation, where we make peace!
Closing
Although we have absolute freedom with no limitations, we live to glorify Jesus! We're under grace, and we're protected from intruders and intrusions.
